The proposal also includes a single storey rear extension, the relocation of the kitchen, creating a larger kitchen, which then leads to the new dining\/family room which opens out onto the garden via large sliding folding doors.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>255 Ledbury Road Hereford<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>A single storey rear extension to replace the existing extensions. The proposal is for relocation of the kitchen and utility room, creating a larger kitchen which then leads to the new family room, which opens out onto the garden via large sliding folding doors.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>109 The Pastures Hereford<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>A single storey garden room extension to replace the existing conservatory, with large sliding folding doors opening out onto the patio, and a large roof lantern to provide light into the existing living room.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>85 Broomy Hill Hereford<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>A new sustainable detached dwelling in a conservation area. I worked with the Local Authority to provide a scheme which was acceptable within the boundary of the conservation area. The dwelling utilises a ground source heat pump, natural materials, rainwater harvesting and high levels of insulation.\u00a0<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>4 The Hollies Clehonger<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>Single storey extension to a bungalow to provide accommodation for an elderly parent.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Horticultural Therapy Centre Barcelona<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>A project from my masters university course.\u00a0Designed using the principles of biophilic design which include; i) the use of dynamic and diffuse natural light, ii) the use of local natural materials, iii) biomimicry, iv) natural ventilation, and; v) visual and physical links to nature.<\/p>\n\t<p><strong>Sustainability College Stoke-on-Trent<\/strong><\/p>\n\t<p>Another university scheme for a sustainability college in Stoke-on-Trent.
